Description

Go sideways at Circuit de Chenevières in 2027

Bring your own car and join the Winter Driftday at Circuit de Chenevières in France on Saturday, 2 January 2027. With a watered track and an open-pitlane format, the day gives experienced drift enthusiasts the chance to practise car control, work on transitions and enjoy time behind the wheel.

Driving runs from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, with a two-hour lunch break. These are shared track opening times and not guaranteed individual driving time.

Choose one registered driver for CHF 390, or share your car between two or three registered drivers for a total of CHF 450. Each ticket includes one vehicle entry with the selected number of drivers. Drivers sharing a car take turns; the shared-driver package does not include additional vehicles.

Important:

  • This is a bring-your-own-car free-drifting event, not a beginner course and not a drift taxi ride.
  • Bring your own suitable vehicle. Vehicle rental is not included and is also not offered as an add-on option with this booking.
  • The maximum permitted vehicle noise level is 95 dB.
  • The organiser advertises a maximum of 13 participants. Admission is subject to confirmed availability.
  • Passengers and accompanying guests are free of charge and do not count as additional drivers. Anyone who wants to drive must be registered as a driver.
  • An optional group dinner and an overnight stay can be requested for Friday, 1 January 2027. These require separate confirmation, are not included in the ticket price and are paid directly on site.

Included:

  • One vehicle entry for the event on 2 January 2027.
  • Participation for one driver, or for two or three drivers sharing the same vehicle, according to the selected ticket.
  • Access to the watered drift track during the scheduled morning and afternoon driving times, subject to track instructions and operational conditions.
  • Open-pitlane participation, allowing registered drivers to take breaks between runs.

Not included:

  • A rental car or an additional vehicle entry.
  • Fuel, tyres, consumables, repairs and vehicle transport.
  • Travel, accommodation, dinner and other meals.
  • Personal or vehicle insurance; the organiser does not provide insurance.

Driver requirements:

  • Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
  • Drivers must already be confident holding circle drifts and driving basic transitions.
  • Helmets are mandatory on track. Confirm the required helmet specification with the organiser before participating.
  • Bring a mechanically sound, roadworthy vehicle that complies with the 95 dB limit. Its electronic stability systems must be fully switchable off.
  • Attend the mandatory driver briefing and follow all instructions from the organiser and the circuit.
  • Seat belts must be worn. A maximum of two people may be in the car at the same time: the driver and one front-seat passenger.
  • Passengers must sign the required waiver and may not drive unless they are separately registered as drivers.
