At the moment, our shipping services are limited to Switzerland as we concentrate on growing our market presence locally. However, we have exciting plans to broaden our horizons and extend our shipping to various European countries in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our expansion!

  • Orders are dispatched between Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 CEST timezone. Please allow up to 72 hours from your order confirmation to dispatch.
  • If the product is in stock in our warehouse it will be sent the same day. 
  • If we don't have it in our warehouse and we need to submit a further request to the partner then it will be sent within 72 hours from your confirmation.
  • Orders places on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.

No worries here! The price you see is the price you pay. We've included all tax-related costs in the listed price, so there are no unexpected customs taxes or fees when you make a purchase with us. Enjoy seamless shopping without the surprise of extra charges!


  • Provide us with the product number (SKU) or link you're looking for and we will provide you all the necessary information about the product.
  • We are always happy to help our client and to discover potential future partners. Therefore, we will give a look on the product you want and let you know as soon as possible if we can get a stock of this item.
  • Keep in mind that our product range is constantly growing and not all the items are added to our store yet. So, if your requested item is not listed yet on our store, please contact us and in most of the cases we can help you with the product you're looking for.


  • We aim to process orders very quickly, as a result we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes can be always made.
  • However, we recommend you contact our friendly Customer Service via Live Chat or via Email and we will try our best to help you.
  • If we are unable to cancel or change your order in time, our return process is very easy and we will work with you until the process had been finalised and you're happy with the outcome.
  • Successful orders will display a Thank You Page with your Order Number and Confirmation immediately after completing your order.
  • A confirmation email with your order number, invoice and details will also be sent. This should come through within an hour, but sometimes can go to your spam - so please check your junk folder to make sure you haven't received a confirmation.
  • If you haven't seen or received either of these, please contact our friendly Customer Service via Live Chat or via Email and we will be more than happy to help you.
  • In the event you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our Customer Support Team via Email with your Order Number and brief description of the issue and we will happily find a solution for you.
